Phil Granger
Ministry description:
Phil is the President and CEO of The Mission Society. He began his career as a certified public accountant and was elected Vice President and Controller of First Federal Savings and Loan of Chicago, the tenth largest savings and loan in the country. Later in response to God’s call, Phil earned a master’s degree in Divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary and then a Doctor of Ministry degree from Oral Roberts University. Phil has served for many years on the board of Hope for Today ministries in India and the Good News board. His daughter also served as a missionary to Russia with The Mission Society. He has been a delegate to four consecutive general conferences. Phil and wife, Sue, live in Sugar Hill, Georgia and have two grown children, Randy and Candace.
